Connect your WooCommerce store directly to the Peppol network, straight from our free PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce plugin.

This Peppol Add-on extends the functionality of our popular free invoicing plugin. While the creation of Peppol-compatible XML files is already included in the free version, this add-on is only required if you want to send your invoices through the official Peppol network directly from your WooCommerce dashboard.

What this Add-on Does

• Enables secure, verified Peppol network delivery of your invoices.
• Lets you send Peppol documents from within the same interface you’re already using for PDF invoice generation.
• Seamlessly integrates with the free PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce plugin.

With this add-on, you purchase a yearly bundle of document credits,
which are used each time an invoice is sent over the Peppol network. Your credits
are valid for one year and will be automatically renewed annually.

The following bundles are available:

• 500 credits / year: € 60,- (€ 5 / month)
• 1,000 credits / year: € 120,- (€ 10 / month)
• 5,000 credits / year: € 540,- (€ 45 / month)
• 10,000 credits / year: € 960,- (€ 80 / month)

Please note that refunds for this product are not possible, due to the nature of the Peppol onboarding and credit system. Any unused credits do not roll over into the next year. If you need a bundle with more than 10,000 transactions per year, please reach out to us at support@wpovernight.com.

Availability & Requirements (🇪🇺 EU Only – For Now)

For now, this add-on is only useful for EU-based customers. Connecting a business to the Peppol network involves a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedure, and this requires a valid EU VAT number, which must be provided during checkout.

Without a VAT number, we cannot complete your Peppol onboarding.

For Belgian 🇧🇪 customers: Our solution supports sending invoices only. Receiving invoices is not supported, as this falls outside the intended purpose of our PDF Invoices plugin. So in addition, you must be registered to receive invoices via a Peppol access point (for example through accounting software) if you have not already done so, as required under Belgian law.

How credits work

Your subscription includes a yearly bundle of document credits. One credit is used each time an invoice or credit note is successfully sent over the Peppol network.
If the document needs to be converted to another format during delivery (for example when the recipient does not accept Peppol BIS and requires a different format), one additional credit will be used for that conversion.

Upgrading your bundle

Upgrading is straightforward. We do not prorate when you upgrade, and your new renewal date becomes the day you switch to the new bundle. Any remaining credits from your current bundle are added to your new yearly limit, but only for the first year after upgrading.

Here’s a simple example:

• On January 1st, you purchase the 500 credits per year bundle.
• By September 1st, you have already used 400 credits and expect to need about 350 more.
• You upgrade to the 1,000 credits per year bundle and pay an additional € 120,-.
• Your temporary credit limit becomes 1,500 credits for that first year after upgrading.
• You are now at 400 out of 1,500 used credits.
• On September 1st the following year, your credits reset and your yearly limit becomes 1,000 credits.
