Professional
Take invoicing in your store to the next level with the following features:
- Email/print/download PDF Credit Notes, Proforma Invoices and Receipts
- Give custom titles & filenames to the PDF documents
- Send out order notification emails (with or without PDF documents) to specified email addresses (suppliers, warehouse managers, accountants, etc.) at specific order statuses.

- Save all the documents conveniently in your Dropbox* and on your server by uploading them via FTP/SFTP. All you have to do is activate the plugin, authorize with Dropbox (which takes just 2 clicks) and the invoices will be uploaded automatically. You can choose between uploading all documents that are emailed (to the shop admin or the customer) or uploading the PDF files separately based on the order status, or a combination of both. Additionally, you can export invoices and packing slips directly from the WooCommerce order listing in bulk.

Premium Templates
This extension bundles 2 premium templates for the FREE WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin (which can be downloaded here). The content of these templates (all columns and totals) can be completely customized to your taste with an easy to use drag & drop customizer – check out the screenshots below! The customizer also works with the Professional Extension (Proforma Invoices, Credit Notes & more!).
Modern
This stylish template includes 3 additional columns in the footer that can be used to display company & bank information. It also shows product thumbnails in the list of items which sets it apart from more traditional invoices & packing slips.
Business
Like the Modern template, this template includes additional columns: 2 extra columns in the header that can be used to display company & bank information. By default, all prices are excluding vat, and the percentage of vat is displayed for each product. Different tax classes are split out in the totals. This template aims to be as complete as possible in displaying prices and taxes to meet more strict tax regulations.

Solid Plugin with amazing support
Some of the best support I’ve gotten from a premium WordPress plugin.
I notified WP Overnight of the issue on a Friday,less than 5 days later the problem is solved. It was a unique issue with my setup, and they worked over a weekend to fix it for me.
You can not effectively run a Woocommerce store without this plugin and the support is second to none, just get it.

superb plug-in and fantastic support
I was already using the free “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips” for some time, a great plug-in in order to print invoices and packing slips in a very professional way. When I needed also credit notes I didn’t hesitate to spend a little money for the bundle (WooCommerce PDF Invoices and Packing Slips Bundle). Honestly, this is my best buy in years. Not only the credit notes are fabulous, I am also using the dropbox function, and changed the template of all documents in no time.
But what really makes the difference is the support. I am not at all a specialist in PHP, so I was pleased that somebody would help me integrating the modules in my woocommerce webshop. What I experienced is never seen. Ewout helped me by sending the PHP-code I needed for the function.php of mytheme (as I had some specific requests concerning VAT and payment terms). Great Work.
I cannot thank Ewout enough for his help … what a support !!! The only recommendation I can give. I you still hesitate … use the free version for a couple of weeks and remember, the little money for this bundle is really worth spending as it makes your webshop complete (dropbox for all invoices, creditnote, pro forma’s (I use them for delivery notes) and a packing slip (for my logistic department)
conclusion : highly recommended to upgrade your webshop with this bundle ….
