License
Your license is valid for 1 year after the date of purchase. By purchasing a license you agree to an ongoing subscription that will automatically renew your license after the year is up. The renewal price will be the same as the price of the license key at the time of purchase (excluding discounts) and will remain the same amount for as long as your subscription runs. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time in the ‘Subscriptions’ section of your account.
Refunds
A full refund may be issued up to 30 days after the time of purchase. Refunds will not be given should you simply decide not to use the plugin or theme. You must allow us to do our best to help you get it working on your site. If we are unable to get the plugin or theme to work for you then we will happily issue a refund.
We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 2 weeks prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will WP Overnight, or its suppliers or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials offered on this site. Even if WP Overnight or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of downloads from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Support services
A valid license grants you access to priority support over email, which covers help with setting up your product and directions on how to use the products. Our support service does not cover help with plugin customization beyond the advertised features.
Update services
WP Overnight will from time to time release updates to the software that improve functionality or address bugs or limitations. Further, at your request we will strive to create updates that address issues identified by you, if reasonable and within the scope of the software. Such updates will be owned by WP Overnight and made available under the GPL license as with all WP Overnight software and updates thereto.

Changes
WP Overnight reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
